In their own words, "Asraf and bandmate John Tacon (drums, electronic samples, vocals) formed Brick + Mortar in 2010 to immediate critical buzz that's now rapidly approaching fever pitch, no doubt buoyed along by the excellent video for their song "Bangs" which premiered on Noisey this summer. We are not for the faint of heart. I call us an experience 'cause that's what a Brick + Mortar show is. Our brash, gritty, whip-smart sound foregoes guitar in favor of bass, drums, and electronic samples and a live show that's been described as an "interactive frenzy".
