WRAT PART TIME-ON-AIR TALENT

WRAT has an opening on our motivated, dedicated, professional team of on air personalities.  Be knowledgeable about the music, know the market, be able to communicate and entertain.  Candidates should be available for regular weekend shift and for vacation and holiday fill in shifts. 

Two years rock radio experience preferred, knowledge of Audio Vault, Cool Edit, 360 Systems, and basic computer skills helpful. Sure we have fun, but at the end of the day, we all know that radio is a business so we expect you to be 100%.  Part-time on air position available now.

Interns will work in the Promotions/Marketing department, with potential opportunities in the Sales, Production, Programming, and Engineering departments. You will also be exposed to all aspects of running a commercial radio station, learning from some of the best in the industry. Interest in event marketing a plus. All majors are accepted, college credit is REQUIRED. You must be available a minimum of 15-20 hours a week.
