Ringtone That Makes Breats Grow?!

Hideto Tomabechi is a doctor in Japan, and he believes women can increase the size of their breasts just by changing the ringtone on their cell phone.

The special ringtone doesn't sound like much - just a lot of out-of-tune rock music. But hidden inside it is a subliminal message: the sound of a baby crying, which supposedly makes women's breasts start growing. The messages also tell the body to take fat and allocate it away from the stomach and butt and give it to the breasts.

That brings me to our 'Clueless Teenage Mother of the Day.' Her name hasn't been released, but she lives in Florida, has an 11-month-old baby boy, and recently posted a Facebook photo of him toking on a BONG.

The photo shows the happy little guy sitting on the floor, with a big green bong between his legs. He's got his left hand around the neck . . . his right hand reaching for the bowl . . . and his mouth over the mouthpiece.

For her efforts... she made the local TV news! And that got her bonus prize: A visit from the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Yo, here at the Morning Rat Race... we love Dave Chapelle. He's one funny s.o.b.

Well, he's back on the road doin' stand up (great news for the entire world). In Portland Monday night after his gig, he mentioned to a friend that he was going to stop by a public stage to bang out some jokes.

Well, one mention on Twitter and Facebook turns to a few thousand, and a 4000 people turn out to support Dave. He hung 'til about 2AM trying to work the crowd, but the measley sound system they had just couldn't cut it. Check out the video:
