Billy Corgan decided to talk some sports smack with fans in Detroit when Smashing Pumpkins played there on Tuesday night (October 23).
Corgan chided the fans at the suburban Palace of Auburn Hills about the Detroit Lions' Monday Night Football loss to the Chicago Bears, telling them he attended the game at Soldier Field and grinning at the boos that followed.

The World Series begins Wednesday night (October 24) in San Francisco, while the Pumpkins, promoting their new album "Oceania."
