The dust has settled since Nirvana’s big night at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony (and their surprise club show afterwards), and when Krist Novoselic looks back at the evening, he only has fond memories. In a recent post on his blog, Krist says that the use of four different women fronting the band (Joan Jett, Kim Gordon, St. Vincent and Lorde) was “a good tribute to Kurt (Cobain) and what Nirvana was about” and that he and drummer Dave Grohl “could not have done that alone.” Personally, I loved Krist and Dave’s choices of singers and thought Lorde did an incredible job on “All Apologies”, which can be seen in the video above. It was definitely better than not performing at all. (I’m looking at you KISS.) What did you think? Sound off in the comments below!
