For those who are still unsure about purchasing a copy of Metallica’s new concert DVD, Quebec Magnetic, the metal rockers sure are doing their part to convince you.
The band has now released two more teaser clips, one of them performing “My Apocalypse,” and the other, "Damage, Inc."
The videos make a total of five that Metallica has previewed in the past week, with “The Day That Never Comes,” “Master of Puppets,” and “The Four Horsemen,” all currently available for viewing.
Quebec Magnetic documents the band’s two-night stint in Quebec during their 2009 World Magnetic Tour. Directed by Wayne Isham, the film is the first project that Metallica has released on their label, Blackened Recordings.
The band members left it up to the fans to vote on which songs would make the main DVD’s tracklist; the double-disc set features over three hours of footage, 26 songs, and bonus material.
The DVD will be followed by an even bigger film project next year, as Metallica plans to release a 3D movie that combines their 2009 live concert footage captured in Vancouver with scripted story sequences performed by actors.
The band is also planning to begin recording a new album in early 2013.
