Happy Birthday Zombie Style
By: Claire Holton
1/12/2013

We're scaring up Happy Birthday wishes for the incredible horror director and metal rocker Rob Zombie.

At the tender age of 18, Rob Cummings moved from the small town of Haverhill, MA to New York City.  He started the iconic, Grammy-nominated metal group White Zombie soon after and transformed himself into Rob Zombie, front man of the group.

In 1998, White Zombie disbanded and Rob moved on a fulltime, highly successful solo career.  He started his own record label, Zombie-A-Go-Go Records, and first tried his hand at directing.  An avid horror movie fan, Zombie has directed some truly scary stuff over the past few years, including House of 1000 Corpses in 2000 and The Devil’s Rejects in 2005.  He has also written, produced, and done soundtrack work for movies like Halloween (2007) and Bride of Chucky (1998).

In addition to all that, Rob has plans for a novel to be released on March 12th in combination with his movie The Lords of Salem, coming to theaters on April 26th

So do you think his birthday cake will be blood red?  We're thinking that's there's a good chance.

Check out the trailer for Rob’s latest scare-fest and let us know if your just a little scared.
