If you’ve always wanted to see Guns N’ Roses play live, but didn’t want to deal with high ticket prices or Axl Rose’s tardiness, then this news is definitely for you!
According to NME (via Spin) GNR has announced that they will release a 3D concert film entitled Appetite for Democracy 3D in 2013. The footage comes from a performance filmed during their Las Vegas residency of the same name at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel last fall.
The band released a preview of the DVD on Sunday (January 20th), which shows them performing their iconic hit “Paradise City” in front of a huge crowd, complete with dancers and an impressive light show.
Appetite for Democracy 3D, which was produced by Barry Summers, marks the band’s first concert film in two decades, and will be released to television, cinema and DVD later this year.
Guns N’ Roses also recently revealed that they will be embarking on a five-date tour in the land down under with ZZ Top, which kicks off on March 9th in Perth and wraps on March 20th in Brisbane.
