Queens of the Stone Age just confirmed that their upcoming album will be entitled …Like Clockwork and set the release date for June. Now, the band is back with even more good news (if you can handle it.)
On Tuesday (March 26) QOTSA revealed plans for what they’re calling an “extensive” world tour via official press release. While the official dates are yet to be announced, the band is already confirmed to play several festivals this year, including Lollapalooza Brazil at the end of this month and the UK’s Download Festival in June.
…Like Clockwork marks the band’s first full-length effort since 2007’s Era Vulgaris, and will feature the talents of Dave Grohl, Trent Reznor, the band’s former bassist Nick Oliveri and even Sir Elton John, among others.
If you don’t want to wait until June to hear QOTSA’s latest music, you can head to their official website to listen in on what’s speculated to be clips from the new album.
