Buckcherry is allowing fans to go behind-the-scenes on the making of the music video for their latest single, “Nothing Left But Tears.”
In the six-and-a-half minute clip, director Daniel Andres Gomez Bagby explains that the video’s story is going to revolve around a creepy dinner event in the woods, where "six of the seven deadly sins are having a party," and an unknowing man who has seemingly come back from the dead wanders into it. Bagby also likens the situation to an "Alice in Wonderland meets Dante’s Inferno tea party" – sounds intriguing!
Members of Buckcherry and the music video’s extras are also shown donning some seriously scary makeup as they sit around the table, and lead guitarist Keith Nelson states that the video marks the band’s first where they’re not actually playing their instruments.
“Nothing Left But Tears” is the most recent single to come from Buckcherry’s 2013 LP, Confessions, which is a concept album written by singer Josh Todd that revolves around the seven deadly sins.
