They may call themselves super fans; others may refer to them as Band Aids. Either way, one thing's for sure: they're with the band. Here's our list of the Top 5 Groupies of Rock & Roll.
1. Cynthia Plaster Caster
Yep. She's the one who made plaster molds of Rockers…instruments. Back in 1968, Cynthia hit the big time when she "cast" Jimi Hendrix. From there, the hits keep coming. Her collection includes Wayne Kramer and Eric Burdon, which she documents much of in her movie, Plaster Caster.

2. Pam Anderson
This lady might be little but she's married or dated some big Rockers. From Tommy Lee to Kid Rock, Pam sure seems to enjoy spending time with boys who are in bands.

3. Sweet Connie Grand Funk Railroad immortilzed her "act" in their song "We're An American Band" and Connie Hamzy has many tales to tell about her life as a rock groupie. Connie's conquests include rock notables Gene Simmons, Mick Fleetwood, The Van Halen brothers and even…wait for it…Neil Diamond.

4. Pamela DeBarres Ms. DeBarres titillated us all with her recounting her groupie days in the book "I’m With The Band: Confessions of a Groupie." We learned of her many, many special friendships with the likes of Mick Jagger, Keith Moon, Robert Plant, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page and many more.

5. Kate Hudson
Was it truth in casting when Kate played a rock groupie Penny Lane in the film Almost Famous. Maybe she's genetically drawn to musicians? Her Dad Bill was one of the Hudson Brothers. Kate has been linke/married to several musicians including Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes whom she married in 2000. Most recently Kate has been the "muse" for Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy with whom she recently had a son.
